as an event producer at starlite artist collective, I orchestrated a successful debut event with over 850 attendees at the brooklyn monarch. we drove significant pre-event engagement, generating over 55,000 impressions through targeted social media invitations, and collaborated with artists and performers to enhance the collective's offerings. I ensured the safety of all attendees by implementing safety protocols, while also analyzing key metrics like attendance, engagement, and ROI to assess the event's impact and identify areas for future improvement.
